If you create a login for courses or comment on our site, we store your username, name, email, and any course progress.

c) Google Sign-In
If you sign in with Google, we request your name and email address only (via Google OAuth).

  • We do not request or access your Google Drive, Gmail, Classroom, contacts, or other personal data.
  • We use your Google-provided name and email solely to create and manage your account, enrol you in courses, and provide a secure login.
  • We do not share your Google data with third parties except as required to deliver these services.

d) Usage data
We use analytics tools to collect information such as pages visited, device/browser type, and approximate location.

e) Payment information
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your card details.

f) Form entries
We collect any data you enter on forms during courses or reflections. This may be used to assess your progress or to review our courses and provide information on how we will improve our services.
